- Proven Dissatisfaction with Quality: If you can provide reasonable evidence that our summaries or features fail to meet the standards advertised or are consistently below acceptable quality, we will review the case. In such instances, you must submit concrete examples and an explanation of why the results are unsatisfactory. If, after investigation, we determine that the dissatisfaction is justified, we may issue a partial or full refund, depending on the severity and frequency of the issue.
3. Limited Exceptions
- Unauthorized Transactions: If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, notify us in writing within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and may issue a refund if the charge is confirmed to be unauthorized.
- Service Discontinuation: In the event we permanently discontinue all paid services you have subscribed to, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting us for a resolution, we reserve the right to investigate and potentially terminate your account or refuse future services, depending on the outcome of our investigation.
